Vågens gata

THE APARTMENT: I am renting out a furnished bedroom in my three-bedroom apartment at Vågens gata 462A in Brandbergen, Haninge. The room is comfortable and practical with a bed, access to wardrobes and many chest of drawers with plenty of storage. The apartment has a shared living and dining area, and the building offers a laundry room. Water, internet and electricity are not included in the rent, this will be added to the monthly cost based on usage. LANDLORD: I am 35 years old, working with my businesses, take care of my daughter (50%) and our cat. As the apartment will be shared with a cat and occasionally a 5-year old it's beneficial if you enjoy the company of cats/kids. When working I travel occasionally which means you will frequently have the apartment to yourself. I speak both English and Swedish. I value a calm, respectful and welcoming home environment, and I am looking for someone tidy, reliable and considerate who feels the same. I enjoy listening to music and cooking nice food. AREA: Brandbergen is a family friendly and pleasant area with everything you need close by. Within walking distance there are shops, restaurants, a library, sports fields and nature. Public transport connections are excellent, with commuter buses that take you quickly into central Stockholm. RENT: Additional costs to the rent are: - Internet approx. 375 SEK/month - Electricity approx. 350 SEK/month
