Bright Room in Modern Apartment – Available from 1 june (earlier if needed) We're a Swedish & French couple that are looking to rent our room for an extended time. We speak Spanish, Swedish, English and French fluently! A bright, newly renovated apartment on the bottom floor with its own balcony and a small garden area. Just five minutes by bus from the city center and main shopping district, and only a short walk to the water and forest paths for peaceful walks or runs. The room is 6.12 m², furnished with a comfortable 120x190 cm bed with storage and a dedicated workspace. You’ll share the apartment’s modern facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a beautiful bathroom with heated floors (separate toilet), and a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. Wood flooring runs throughout, giving the home a warm and welcoming feel. Please note: There is a cat living in the apartment – not suitable for those with allergies. The contract is on a monthly renewal basis, but we are open to requests. The room is available immediately. No pets or smoking are allowed. No guests allowed. Electricity, water, heating, internet, Netflix on the main tv in the living room are included! You’ll have access to high-speed internet (1000/1000 Mbps) and bike storage. The bus stop is just a minute away, and grocery stores and a gym are within a 10-minute walk. We are renting because we have a spare room and are in the need of a inneboende. We're looking for university students or people finding their way up here to luleå.
