The apartment is 109 sqm in a total area with 4 rooms. This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, living room, kitchen, balcony and storage room. The apartment is within walkable distance from Sollentuna train station. Buses and Pendeltåg train are convenient for the regular commute to the city. It takes 15 minutes to reach Stockholm city by train. And takes 15 minutes to reach Kista by bicycle. Sollentuna Centrum is walkable in 5 minutes. Grocery shops are nearby which can be reached in 2 minutes. We are a small family and renting out one bedroom which is furnished. The tenant can share the kitchen and common area. One bedroom and one toilet are dedicated to the tenant. One month's rent is paid in advance as a deposit. The rent is shown for single tenant and the internet charges are included in the rent. Student or working professional with regular income are preferred and also open to consider couple but the rent may vary for them. Women tenant is preferred and it is possible for a longer-term renting.
