It is a bueautiful environment characterized by its multicultural race based nations. Rinkeby metro station is a station on the blue line of the Stockholm metro, located in the district of Rinkeby. The station is just about 15 minutes away from T-Centralen (Central Station) and 1 bus stop away from Kista Centrum. The neighbourhood itself mainly consists of rental family apartments which live around a center. The newer high-rises are built in regular block patterns. In the center there is a small mall with several shops and restaurants. Outside the center is a square, Rinkebytorget, where fruit and vegetable stands are usually set up during the summer. Along the promenade Rinkebystráket there are several shops, cafes and restaurants. They are also many walk paths that guide you in parks, beaches and lakes. I want to rent out 1 room in shared apartment which is furnished, with a nice view to park. You may bring your stuff or furniture to feel like is your home. It is available for long term from now until further notice (permanent). I accept 1 person or 2 (couple). The price is 4500 SEK including bills and access to laundry facilities. Security deposit is not mandatory, but if you damaged something you buy it. You’ll give me 1-week notice before you move out. The room have access to a separated toilet designed for my tenancies.
