Dear all, Our little flatshare in Södermalm will have a free spot starting mid-January 2026! This is a big 107sqm apartment right next to Södra station and less than 5 minutes away walking to Mariatorget station. The precise address is Fatburs Brunnsgata 14. The apartment has everything you need if you have just arrived in the city, and the current bedroom furniture can be negotiated directly with Ludmille Levard, our dear friend who is leaving us 🙁 A bit about me and Julie, who will continue living there: Gui: I’m originally from Brazil but have been calling Stockholm home for the past six years. I really value a flatshare that feels a bit like a 90s sitcom where people actually enjoy each other’s company. Over the past five years, I’ve lived with people who were, or became, close friends: the kind you throw parties with or end up chatting to over pasta about the small dramas of daily life. I’m usually out and about: climbing, doing yoga, working out, playing guitar, going to live music or techno nights, and traveling far too often. When I’m home, I also work as an assistant professor at Stockholm University, where I teach and do research in both physics and philosophy. On the practical side, I like keeping the flat calm, friendly, and clean, and I really appreciate flatmates who are considerate, easygoing, and up for the occasional good conversation about life and the universe (sometimes literally). Julie Andrieux: I am French and have been living in Stockholm for the past 3 years. I love living communally, creating a little haven in the city 😊 I am a multi-medium artist and work a marketing job four days a week. I run The Martini Society, a monthly supper club straight from our lovely flat. Hopefully, you can get more or less our vibe from these snippets!
