The 12-month rent model does not require you to stay a specific number of months—it simply reflects the billing cycle for the accommodation. Hyreshöjning Rent Adjustment Each year, we negotiate with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), which will result in a rent increase. These adjustments are made annually and take effect at the beginning of the calendar year. Move in date (Ledig fr.o.m.)
