Connected to your room there are a bathroom and a hallway that you will share with one other student. The kitchen is shared with 7 other students in the same corridor. Remember to specify your gender in your profile since the rooms are gender devided. Information about rent The rent varies from 3300 kr to 3700 kr (Rental rate for 2026) Electricity, heating, internet connection, warm water, tap water with drinking quality and furniture’s are included in the rent. _Please note!_ The rent is invoiced for 10 months per year, which means you will not receive any invoices for June and July. The 10-month rent model does not require you to stay a specific number of months—it simply reflects the billing cycle for the accommodation. Hyreshöjning Rent Adjustment Each year, we negotiate with the Tenants' Association (Hyresgästföreningen), which will result in a rent increase. These adjustments are made annually and take effect at the beginning of the calendar year. Move in date (Ledig fr.o.m.) Please specify your preffered Move-in date in the _Preferred Move-in Date_ field in your applicant profile. Available move in date for spring semester is: • 1st of January • 18th of January • 1st of February While we do our best to match your preference, we cannot guarantee availability for the selected date. Rent will be charged from the move-in date stated in your contract, regardless of your actual arrival date.
